Summary

This study aims to see if a daily liquid made from medicinal cannabis (called NTI164) can help reduce the core symptoms of autism spectrum disorder (ASD) compared to a placebo. It will involve 98 children and young adults aged 6 to 25 with moderate to severe autism. Participants will take the study liquid or a placebo for 16 weeks, and researchers will measure changes in social skills, behavior, anxiety, and sleep.
