Summary
This study aimed to see if taking an experimental oral drug called AEF0117 changes how the body absorbs and processes THC, the main active ingredient in cannabis, after smoking it. It planned to enroll healthy adults who occasionally use cannabis to compare AEF0117 against a placebo. The trial was withdrawn before any participants were enrolled and was an early-phase study focused on gathering basic safety and interaction data.
