NCT ID NCT04964739
Summary
This study aimed to understand if a person's gender or sex hormones, like progesterone, influence their ability to stop or reduce cannabis use. 224 adults with cannabis addiction joined an 8-week counseling program and tracked their use. Researchers collected daily saliva samples to measure hormone levels and see if they were linked to successful recovery.
