Summary
This study is a registry that gathers information from adult cancer patients receiving routine care at participating clinics. Researchers will collect data on treatments, outcomes, and patient surveys to better understand how cancer is managed in the real world. The goal is to improve care and make it easier for patients to join future clinical trials. No experimental treatments are given—this is purely observational.
