New cannabis pill tested for severe cancer pain relief

Summary

This study is testing whether an oral medication called Trichomylin®, which contains three cannabis compounds, can help reduce pain in people with advanced cancer. It will involve about 20 adults who are already taking stable opioid pain medication but still experience moderate to severe pain. The main goals are to see if the medication is safe and if it can lower participants' daily pain scores.
