Scientists test Triple-Threat drug combo to outsmart tough cancers

Summary
This study tested new combinations of immunotherapy drugs (BGB-A425, LBL-007, and tislelizumab) in patients with advanced solid tumors that had stopped responding to standard treatments. The goal was to see if blocking multiple immune system 'brakes' at once is safe and can help the body's own defenses fight cancer more effectively. The trial involved 114 patients with cancers like lung, head & neck, and kidney cancer to find the best doses and check for early signs that the combinations might work.
