Cancer drug safety tested for patients with liver issues

Summary
This early-stage study aims to find a safe starting dose of the cancer drug sacituzumab govitecan for people with advanced solid tumors who also have moderate liver problems. Researchers will enroll 30 participants to carefully monitor how the drug behaves in their bodies and what side effects occur. The goal is to gather information that helps doctors safely use this treatment for cancer patients with liver impairment.
