New cancer drug duos enter Mid-Stage testing for multiple Tough-to-Treat tumors

Summary

This study is testing two different drug combinations for people with advanced solid tumors that have spread or returned after treatment. Researchers will give participants either DB-1311 with BNT327 or DB-1311 with DB-1305 to see how safe these combinations are and if they can shrink tumors. The trial is enrolling 492 adults with specific types of advanced cancer including liver, lung, cervical, ovarian, head and neck cancers, and melanoma.
