NCT ID NCT04078295
Summary
This study is testing a new, encapsulated form of a cancer drug (E7389-LF) given together with an existing immunotherapy drug (nivolumab) in people with advanced solid tumors. The first part aims to find a safe and tolerable dose. The second part will see how well the combination works to shrink tumors in specific cancers like stomach, esophageal, and small cell lung cancer.
