Could a simple shot stop a Pre-Cancerous blood condition from turning into cancer?

Summary
This study is testing whether a drug called canakinumab can prevent a high-risk blood condition (CCUS) from turning into blood cancer. About 110 adults with this condition will receive either the drug or a placebo injection to see if blocking inflammation delays or stops cancer development. The main goal is to see how long it takes for cancer to develop in each group.
