Summary
This study is testing everyday treatments used in intensive care units (ICUs), like medicines to raise blood pressure, platelet transfusions, and nutrition plans. About 5,500 critically ill adults will be randomly assigned to different approaches to see which ones lead to better survival and recovery. The goal is to find the safest, most effective ways to care for ICU patients.
