Summary

This study is for adults with severe obesity who are scheduled for gastric bypass surgery. Researchers want to see if the amount of muscle you have before surgery can help predict how much weight you lose in the next two years. Participants will have their body composition, strength, and health measured as part of their regular follow-up care.
