Green thumbs, calmer minds: study tests if plant care eases student stress
NCT ID NCT07228013
Summary
This study is testing whether the simple act of caring for plants can help reduce stress and improve academic focus for college students. Researchers are comparing students who water and care for plants at home or on campus to students who do not. Over a 16-week semester, participants will complete surveys to see if plant care leads to better mood, less anxiety, and improved study habits.
