Could cutting out junk food be the key to sharper focus for kids?
NCT ID NCT07465081
Summary
This study is testing whether reducing junk food and processed snacks can help improve thinking skills and focus in children and teenagers who have attention difficulties like ADHD. Kids aged 10-15 who eat a lot of processed foods will take part in a 12-week online nutrition course to learn how to swap junk food for healthier options. Researchers will compare their cognitive test results to a group that does not get the special diet advice.
