Summary
This study is testing whether providing free reading and distance glasses can help slow down memory loss and cognitive decline in older adults. Researchers in India will give glasses to 820 participants aged 60 and over who need them and follow their health for three years. The main goal is to see if better vision leads to better brain health, fewer falls, less depression, and a better quality of life.
