Nordic diet may boost sperm quality in IVF couples

Summary
This study looks at whether a short-term diet based on Nordic guidelines can improve sperm quality and change small RNA molecules in sperm. One hundred men in infertile couples starting IVF will follow the diet. Researchers will compare sperm samples before and after the diet to see if changes occur.
