Summary
This study looks at whether a simple breathing test before anesthesia can predict dangerous drops in blood pressure in elderly patients. Researchers will measure pulse pressure changes during deep breaths in 86 older adults having surgery. The goal is to find a better way to prevent low blood pressure after anesthesia.
