Summary
This study will look back at medical records of 800 children with mild head injuries to see if routine blood tests (like white blood cell count and glucose) can predict whether a head CT scan will show a problem. The goal is to help doctors make better decisions about who really needs a CT scan, avoiding unnecessary radiation in children. The study does not test any new treatment or drug.
