NCT ID NCT07471815

First seen Jun 25, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This phase 2 study tests a combination of camrelizumab (an immunotherapy), risedronate (a bone drug), and chemotherapy in 30 women with triple-negative breast cancer. The goal is to see if adding risedronate can help overcome resistance to standard treatment and improve tumor shrinkage. Researchers will also monitor side effects and survival rates.

What this could mean

Our plain-language read of the trial. This is informational only — not medical advice or a prediction.

Active substance

camrelizumab (immune checkpoint inhibitor) plus risedronate sodium (bisphosphonate) plus chemotherapy

What this could lead to

If successful, this combination could offer a new treatment option for triple-negative breast cancer by overcoming drug resistance and improving response rates.

What could go wrong

This is a small, early-phase exploratory study with only 30 participants, so results may not apply broadly. The combination may cause side effects and may not prove more effective than existing treatments.
