New online tool aims to ease anxiety in pregnant veterans

Summary

This study is testing a web-based program called Calm Moms for pregnant veterans who have experienced trauma. The program uses proven techniques to help reduce anxiety, stress, and low mood. About 36 participants will try the program and report how helpful and easy to use it is. The goal is to see if this online tool can improve mental health during pregnancy.
