Summary

This study looks at two different mixtures used inside a tooth during root canal treatment to see which one reduces pain better. 80 adults with infected front teeth will receive either calcium hydroxide mixed with saline or calcium hydroxide mixed with chlorhexidine. Pain levels are checked at 12, 24, and 48 hours after treatment. The goal is to find a more effective way to ease discomfort after root canal therapy.
