Summary

This study looks at whether taking calamansi (a citrus fruit) powder capsules can affect blood glucose and insulin levels in healthy adults. Fifty-four volunteers aged 18-30 will take either the supplement or a placebo for 12 weeks. Researchers will measure blood sugar, insulin, and other health markers at the start, after one dose, and at the end of the study.
