Morning slump? caffeine may boost your workout and brainpower
NCT ID NCT07466628
Summary
This study tested if a 300mg caffeine pill could help male athletes perform better in morning workouts. Fifteen men who were light caffeine users took either caffeine, a placebo, or nothing before doing strength tests and brain puzzles. The goal was to see if caffeine could improve morning muscle power and mental focus compared to taking a fake pill or nothing at all.
