Can a morning coffee boost your workout and brainpower?
NCT ID NCT07469852
Summary
This study investigates whether taking caffeine can improve both physical cycling performance and mental sharpness in the morning, when the body is naturally weaker. It involves 15 healthy young men who are low caffeine users, comparing caffeine pills to placebo pills and no pill at all. Researchers will measure 4-km cycling times and scores on memory and attention tests to see if caffeine provides a real boost.
