Summary
This study looked at whether taking 300 mg of caffeine (about 2-3 cups of coffee) in the morning can help healthy men who exercise regularly perform better on strength and thinking tests. Fifteen men who were low caffeine users took part. The results could help athletes who need to train or compete early in the day.
