Summary
This study tested whether caffeine works better for exercise when taken as a pill, chewing gum, or mouth rinse. Fourteen healthy male athletes tried all three methods to see which one most improved their endurance and short-burst power. Researchers measured how each form affected performance during standard fitness tests.
