Caffeine fails to boost Climbers' performance

Summary

This study tested whether a moderate dose of caffeine improves climbing-related performance in trained climbers. Thirteen young male climbers took either caffeine or a placebo before completing pull-up and grip strength tests. The results showed caffeine did not significantly improve their performance on these climbing-specific measures.
