New study aims to find best treatment for dangerous pregnancy complication

This study compares two treatments for caesarean scar pregnancy, a condition where a pregnancy implants in a previous C-section scar. One treatment uses ultrasound-guided surgery to remove the pregnancy, while the other uses a combination of local and systemic methotrexate (a medication) to stop the pregnancy. The goal is to see which approach is more effective and has fewer complications. The study will involve 42 participants who are less than 12 weeks pregnant and in stable condition.
