This study tests whether adding the drug cadonilimab to standard chemotherapy (SOX) before and after surgery helps people with stomach or gastroesophageal junction cancer that can be removed. About 760 participants will receive either cadonilimab plus chemo or a placebo plus chemo. The goal is to see if the combination improves how long people live without the cancer coming back.
