NCT ID NCT07023315
First seen Feb 11, 2026 · Last updated May 05, 2026 · Updated 15 times
Summary
This study tests whether adding the drug cadonilimab to standard chemotherapy (SOX) before and after surgery helps people with stomach or gastroesophageal junction cancer live longer without the cancer coming back. About 760 adults with resectable (removable) cancer will be randomly assigned to get either cadonilimab plus chemo or a placebo plus chemo. The main goals are to see if the combination improves event-free survival and increases the chance of having no cancer cells left after treatment.
