Summary

This study aimed to better understand CADASIL, a rare genetic condition that affects blood vessels in the brain. Researchers used MRI and EEG brain scans on 60 participants to see how blood flow and brain cell activity are connected in people with this disease. The goal was to gather knowledge, not to test a treatment.
