First seen Jan 07, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 23 times
Summary
This study looks at how long dental posts made with a computer-aided design and manufacturing (CAD/CAM) method survive inside the mouth. Researchers are following 80 adults who need a post after root canal treatment to see if the digital approach is reliable over 5 years. The goal is to learn whether this modern technique works as well as traditional methods.
