New combo therapy offers hope for Hard-to-Treat gut tumors

Summary
This study tests two drugs, cabozantinib and lanreotide, in people with advanced gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (GEP-NETs) that have stopped responding to other treatments. The goal is to find the best dose and see if the combination can slow tumor growth. About 49 adults whose tumors have grown within the past year are being enrolled.
