Summary

This study is testing an intravenous treatment made from human plasma (C1-INH concentrate) for people with a rare genetic condition called hereditary angioedema (HAE). The goal is to see if this treatment can quickly relieve painful swelling attacks and also prevent attacks before medical procedures. About 124 participants will receive either the treatment or a placebo to compare how well and safely it works.
