Summary
This study tests a new drug called BYON4228, alone or with another drug (rituximab), in people with a type of blood cancer (B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma) that has not responded to or has returned after at least two prior treatments. The main goal is to check safety and find the right dose. Only 17 participants are enrolled in this very early (Phase 1) trial.
