Summary
This study tested whether adding a vaginal clindamycin cream to standard oral metronidazole works better than oral metronidazole alone for treating bacterial vaginosis. 100 women with confirmed BV took part. The goal was to see if the combination relieved symptoms like discharge and odor more effectively.
