Summary
This study tests whether adding Buteyko breathing exercises to a smoking hygiene program can improve Eustachian tube and lung function in teens who are regularly exposed to secondhand tobacco smoke at home. Forty adolescents with Eustachian tube dysfunction and a smoking parent or household member will participate. The goal is to see if this breathing technique can ease symptoms and support better lung health.
