Summary
This study tests whether Buteyko breathing exercises can help seniors with chronic Eustachian tube dysfunction, a condition where the ear tube doesn't open properly, causing discomfort. About 40 older adults with the condition will practice these gentle breathing techniques. The goal is to see if this drug-free method can reduce symptoms and improve daily life.
