Dengue vaccine trial aims to protect seniors

Summary
This study tests a dengue vaccine in healthy adults aged 60 to 79 and compares their immune response to that of adults aged 40 to 59. The goal is to see if the vaccine works as well and is as safe in older adults. About 997 participants will receive one dose and be followed for side effects and antibody levels.
