Summary
This study aims to see if a special training program can help reduce burnout and improve emotional skills for nurses working in cancer care. It will involve 64 oncology nurses who will either receive four weekly training sessions or educational materials. Researchers will measure changes in burnout, emotional awareness, and communication skills before and after the program.
