Summary
This study tests a new therapy called the Unified Protocol for Burnout (UP-B) in 24 adults with clinical burnout. The goal is to see if the therapy is practical to deliver and acceptable to both participants and therapists. Researchers will also check for early signs that it reduces burnout, anxiety, and depression while boosting well-being.
