Summary

This study is testing whether a new group therapy program for clinical burnout is practical to run and acceptable to both patients and therapists. It will involve 24 people with significant burnout attending eight group sessions to learn skills for managing burnout, anxiety, and depression. The main goal is to see if the program can be delivered smoothly and if participants find it helpful, while also checking for early signs that it might reduce symptoms.
