Summary
This study looked at whether having confidence in one's abilities (self-efficacy) helps protect sports science students from academic burnout. Researchers surveyed 233 undergraduate students in Indonesia about their stress levels and self-belief during a single session. The goal was to understand if students with higher confidence experienced less burnout.
