Summary

This study aims to see if a year-long self-care program can prevent burnout in first-year doctors training to become cancer specialists. Nine residents will participate in activities like yoga, mindfulness, art therapy, and support groups. Researchers will track their stress levels over 12 months to see if the program helps.
