Summary

This study follows 9 first-year medical oncology residents for 12 months to see how their burnout levels change. Participants will take part in a self-care program that includes yoga, mindfulness, art therapy, and group discussions. The goal is to understand what factors help prevent burnout and improve well-being during residency.
