Summary
This study aims to find which treatment works best to reduce the burning pain and improve daily life for adults with Burning Mouth Syndrome. Researchers will compare five different approaches, including medications, a dietary supplement, and light therapy, in 150 participants. The goal is to see which one most effectively lowers pain scores and helps people eat, speak, and socialize more comfortably.
