Summary
This study tests a new wound dressing called Field Shield Wound Dressing (FSWD) for large second-degree burns. Researchers want to see if it helps burns heal faster, causes less pain, and reduces infection compared to standard burn dressings. The study will involve 40 people with burns covering 5-30% of their body.
