Summary
This study aims to understand how using a Bulgarian bag—a sand-filled training tool—affects leg function, posture, and balance in healthy school children. Researchers will enroll about 345 boys and girls, aged 8 to 16, from schools in Lahore. The study will measure changes using standard physical assessment scales but does not provide a treatment or intervention for a medical condition.
