Summary

This study tests a new drug, budoprutug, in 45 adults with primary membranous nephropathy, a kidney disease where the immune system attacks the kidneys. The goal is to see if the drug is safe and can help reduce protein in the urine, a sign of kidney damage. Participants will receive one of three doses and be monitored for side effects and remission.
