Summary
This study tested a device called ExoMIND (BTL-699-2) to see if it can improve willpower, self-control, and reduce food cravings in adults over 22. Fifty-one participants received six treatments and filled out questionnaires about their self-control and cravings. The goal was to see if the device could help people better manage their impulses.
